A tremendous opportunity for students ages 5 and under to receive sound fundamental football development and skills with organized and fun flag football gameplay!
Taught and run by our D1 college coaches and players – students and parents will love how organized and positive we make our programming – allowing students to learn and gain confidence through our skill development and games

Dates: February 26 – April 2 (6 weeks)
Days: Every Saturday
Time: 9am – 10:30am
Ages: 4 – 5 (please reach out for advanced 3 year olds)
Location: Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf

Cost: $100 for all 6 weeks
Class will be limited to the first 20 students to register

9:00 AM: Student warm up
9:10 AM: Speed, agility & footwork drills
9:25 AM: Water Break
9:30 AM: Football Skills – Offense
9:40 AM: Football Skills – Defense
9:50 AM: Flag Football Game #1 – 20 min
10:10 AM: Flag Football Game #2 – 20 min
10:30 AM: End of Games & Class
5U FLAG FOOTBALL DETAILS & INFO
Wear / Bring: Athletic attire, sports cleats & water bottle
*athletic cleats are helpful, not required
Weather: All games & training is INDOORS at Norfolk Indoor Sports
Parents: Parents CAN stay and watch, we have dedicated parent seating during the training and games
Safety: All training & games is non-contact
Equipment: There is no equipment needed, our company provides the flags, runs all of the training and gameplay
