BASKETBALL SKILLS CLASS
Is your student looking for basketball skills training to improve ball handling, passing, shooting form and “finishing at the rim?”
We have a GREAT small group basketball skills program that takes students through sound basketball fundamentals taught by expert D1 basketball coaches who are not only GREAT teachers, but also create a fun welcoming atmosphere the students love!
We have a “general” class itinerary below. Each class will offer different skills, drills & movements – in a structured class layout that develops several basketball skill sets.

The classes for ages: 3 – 6 & 7 – 17 are completely separate classes

BASKETBALL SKILLS – DATES, TIMES & LOCATIONS
Spring Session 2: April 22 – May 14, 2025
Every Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Chesapeake (ages: 7 – 12) – starts 4/8
Every Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Norfolk (ages: 7 – 17)
Every Saturday: 9:30am – 10:30am in Norfolk (ages: 3 – 6)
+ students can join ANY class or session at ANY time
class is co-ed (boys & girls can attend)

CLASS COST PACKAGES
Cost: $100 = 6 week pass (allows student to attend 1 class per week)
this $100 – 6 week package pro rates weekly online 🙂
Cost: $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date!
Cost: $150 = 10 class traditional punch card. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until Sept 2025.
Cost: $100 = Monthly Pass (lowest price) = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge. Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100.

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, basketball sneakers, water bottle, basketball (if you have one) – we do have basketballs if you don’t
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players.
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
YOUTH CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY (EXAMPLE)
5:30 PM – Group Dynamic Warm Up
+ Running form & mechanics teach
+ Mobility movements
+ Change of Direction / Agility Work
5:37 PM – Group Stretch
5:42 PM – Water / Hydrate
6:45 PM – Basketball Skills & Fundamental Training
+ Footwork, dribbling, ball handling
+ Passing, moving without the ball
5:00 PM – Shooting, finishing at the rim
5:10 PM – Small Group Drill Work (changes each class)
5:30 PM – End of Class
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical basketball skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.
Students will feel confident after attending this program that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall skill set.
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment!
