Welcome to our volleyball skill development & game play class run by Sports757!
Classes are taught by current & former college volleyball players who have extensive knowledge of the game and how to properly train players with technical skills / insight into the game!
Students will be separated by age & ability. From beginners to the game to advanced players, our staff will guide students of all abilities. We do get students of all ranging experience levels, we group students by experience in class to make class beneficial and fun for all skill level types!

Summer Session: July 7 – August 5, 2026
Every Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (grades: 2 – 6) in Norfolk
Every Tuesday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (grades: 7 – 12) in Norfolk
Every Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (grades: 2 – 6) in Chesapeake
Every Wednesday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (grades: 7 – 12) in Chesapeake
+ students can join ANY class or session at ANY time

CLASS COST PACKAGES
Single Class = $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date 🙂
Summer Session = $100 per student. 1 class per week (it pro rates)
10 class Punch Card = $150. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until 8/8/26
“Family / Unlimited Pass” = Monthly Pass = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge.
Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100 per month (31 days)

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, sneakers, water bottle
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
Our Volleyball class will have four segments that will train our students athletically, mentally, technically with fun game play!
Part 1 of class: will be a good, short athletic warm up. This warm up will cover athletic movements that cross over to all sports
Part 2 of class: will be true Volleyball technical skills training (individual skill development)
Part 3 of class: will be group drills covering different aspects of the game
Part 4 of class: will be volleyball gameplay. The games will be fun, and guided by our coaches who will point out different “volleyball 101” moments where students can learn and gain insight into how to properly play the game
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical volleyball skills, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.
Students will feel confident after our programming that they will have improved their skill sets, movements and understanding of the game.
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching of fundamentals.
NVC – CLUB VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM
This year (2027) our Club Volleyball Program will have teams in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk & North Carolina.
We will have teams for female athletes ages: 17u – 13u.
