The Quarterback position is the most unique & difficult sports position in the world! It requires elite cognitive ability and athletic ability, combined with specific trained skills. At Sports757.com – we provide high end Quarterback skill development for students with future Division 1 aspirations
Sports757.com leads the 757 and entire state of VA in elite Quarterback development. Many of the elite high school QB’s going to play D1 football have trained at Norfolk Indoor! We have a simple philosophy of teaching the sound fundamentals of the position from the ground up! Appropriate for ANY age, from just starting to some of our current professional & D1 clients!

Parents if you do NOT recognize these names, a quick Google search will show you all six are HIGHLY qualified coaches!
Our facility and company provides Quarterback training 12 months out of the year. Our group classes have run December – May, for the past 12 years!

FALL 2024 – IN SEASON TRAINING
Each Fall, starting in October, we offer Sunday Quarterback skill development. Throwing mechanics, footwork / drops and going through a variety of drills that covers ALL of the skills needed at the Quarterback position.
Our classes are taught by our coaching staff with Division 1 credentials.
Hampton starting Quarterback Chris Zellous, Norfolk State Quarterback Parker Lancaster, and ODU starting Quarterback Grant Wilson are the three instructors that we use.
Not only do they currently play at the highest level of college football – they have experienced and have been trained by the top trainers in the US.
We WILL have a completely separate coach at each work out for WR, RB, TE’s. Those students will only be $15. We hope to get a group of WR/RB/TE’s for the QB’s to throw to at the end of each workout.

QUARTERBACK TRAINING OVERVIEW
This class is designed for quarterbacks who are looking to get sound, technical quarterback training by qualified D1 coaches and quarterbacks
All of our QB coaches have coached or played at the highest level and understand how to properly teach Quarterback fundamentals from the ground up
Footwork, drops, pocket movements, throwing on the run, release mechanics, throw types, knowledge of routes, reading defenses – we cover it all!
This class is sound, your student will improve, gain confidence, will truly enjoy the coaches he works with

What to bring: Students – please bring your own football & water bottle
Weather: Class will NEVER be cancelled due to weather, we have our indoor facility available
