SOCCER SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Our most popular class. This is our technical soccer skill development class for students of ANY experience level. Teaching outstanding footwork, fundamentals & more!
Each class students are taken through a great warm up teaching speed & agility movements, sound fundamental soccer skills & drills training, ending with fun group drills and small sided gameplay.
We are super fortunate: this program is overseen & designed by Matheau Hall “Coach Dupe” – one of the most popular / knowledgeable / respected youth soccer coaches in the 757. He brings a great smile, energy and passion for the game to our students! He is a current assistant soccer coach at Hampton University!
Additional coaches will be current & former D1 players from the area helping guide and inspire our young soccer players!

“FALL 2024” SOCCER SKILLS TRAINING
Fall Session 2 Dates: October 14 – November 21, 2024
Winter Session 1 Dates: November 25, 2024 – January 8, 2025
Every Monday: 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Norfolk Indoor Sports
Every Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Chesapeake
Every Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm in Hampton
+ students can join ANY class or session at ANY time
Ages: 6 – 13 (students are separated in class by age)
CLASS COST PACKAGES
Cost: $100 = 6 week pass (allows student to attend 1 class per week)
+ Fall Session 2 + Winter Session 1 “Special” = $150 for all 12 weeks! +
Cost: $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date!
Cost: $150 = 10 class traditional punch card. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until Sept 2025.
Cost: $100 = Monthly Pass (lowest price) = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge. Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100.

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, soccer cleats (any kind), water bottle, soccer ball (if you have one). If students do not have cleats, NO worries!
+ No cleats at the Chesapeake / Hampton locations, sneakers only.
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
+ Parents you do NOT need to let us know in advance that you are coming. Once you purchase ANY of your passes online, you are welcome to join that day! 🙂
+ Parents can purchase ANY of our pass types right at the door as well 🙂
+ Yes, you can purchase a single class, and use THAT amount TOWARD any of our passes!

6:30 PM – Group Dynamic Warm Up

6:37 PM – Group Stretch
6:42 PM – Water / Hydrate
6:45 PM – Soccer Skills & Fundamental Training
+ Footwork, dribbling, ball control work
+ Passing, moving without the ball

7:00 PM – Small Group Drill Work (changes each class)
7:10 PM – Soccer Gameplay (20 minute Game)
7:30 PM – End of Class
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical soccer skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.
Students will feel confident after attending this program that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall soccer skill set.
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment!
