An awesome class that blends technical soccer skill development training with fun small group drills and actual gameplay!
This is year 4 of our most popular class, which takes students through a great warm up teaching speed & agility movements, has sound fundamental soccer skills & drills training, and ends each class with fun soccer games.
We are super fortunate: this is run by Matheau Hall “Coach Dupe” – one of the most popular / knowledgeable / respected youth soccer coaches in the 757. He brings a great smile, energy and passion for the game to our students!
Additional coaches will be current & former D1 players from the area helping guide and inspire our young soccer players!

Every Monday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Ages: 6 – 13 (students are separated in class by age)

$20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date!

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, soccer cleats (any kind), water bottle, soccer ball (if you have one)
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
5:30 PM – Group Dynamic Warm Up
+ Running form & mechanics teach
+ Mobility movements
+ Change of Direction / Agility Work
5:37 PM – Group Stretch
5:42 PM – Water / Hydrate
5:45 PM – Soccer Skills & Fundamental Training
+ Footwork, dribbling, ball control work
+ Passing, moving without the ball
+ Passing, shooting,
6:00 PM – Small Group Drill Work (changes each class)
6:10 PM – Soccer Gameplay (20 minute Game)
6:30 PM – End of Class
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical soccer skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.
Students will feel confident after attending this program that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall soccer skill set.
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment!
