Our company provides youth sports training classes, teen classes, adult sports plus we offer extensive pre school & home school programs.
We also offer facility rentals + birthday parties.

Our trainers also provide private lessons 7 days a week!

CLASS COST PACKAGES
Single Youth Class = $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date
Single Pre School / Home School class = $10 per single class
Full 6 Week Session = $100 per single student. 1 class per week (it pro rates)
Full 6 Week Pre School Session = $100 per student. 2 classes per week.
6 Week Home School Session = $45 per student. 1 class per week.
10 class Punch Card = $150. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until 8/7/2027.
Pre School / Home School Punch Card = $80 (10 visits). Good until 8/7/2027.
“Family / Unlimited Pass” = Monthly Pass = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge.
Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100 per month (31 days)

PRIVATE 1 v 1 INSTRUCTION
Norfolk Indoor Sports has relationships and partnerships with some of the best trainers in the 757. Football, baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse – we have trainers ready to work with your child in ANY sport.
The benefits of 1 v 1 training are tremendous. Understanding and building of sound fundamentals, learning the game, building confidence – these are just a few of the benefits of 1 v 1 training. Many of our families use 1 v 1 training as a supplement to their team practices and training. The 1 v 1 training sessions allow the student to slow things down and build fundamentals towards future success.
