We have our own Indoor Sports Training Facility in Norfolk, VA – where we run our classes, RENT to sports teams & trainers, AND are the #1 birthday party rental facility in the 757!
Starting this Fall 2024 – we have expanded to offer classes at additional Chesapeake & Hampton locations!

We typically run “1 Day” youth sports camps on federal holidays, or days where students do not have school.

PRIVATE 1 v 1 INSTRUCTION
Norfolk Indoor Sports has relationships and partnerships with some of the best trainers in the 757. Football, baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse – we have trainers ready to work with your child in ANY sport.
The benefits of 1 v 1 training are tremendous. Understanding and building of sound fundamentals, learning the game, building confidence – these are just a few of the benefits of 1 v 1 training. Many of our families use 1 v 1 training as a supplement to their team practices and training. The 1 v 1 training sessions allow the student to slow things down and build fundamentals towards future success.
