We have a great flag football skills training + games program planned for students ages: 7 – 12
This flag football class is exceptional for young football players because it combines agility / footwork training, true football skill development time – combined with super fun flag football games every class!
The purpose of the class is to build football fundamentals in young players while allowing for fun flag football gameplay
Class is run by our awesome D1 football players and coaches from Old Dominion, Norfolk State & Hampton University!
They provide great energy, enthusiasm and expert insight into the game!
This class is intended for students who want to learn, improve and play in a fun, non contact environment.

Every Sunday: 11:00am – 12:00pm
Every Thursday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Cost: $100 – this “full package” price pro-rates online weekly
$100 is for Sunday OR Thursday. $125 pays for both days!

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, football cleats (any kind), water bottle
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf Facility
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players.
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
+ Our coaches will provide flags to all the students
+ Our coaches will separate players on teams based on class number size, age, ability
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
10min – Group Dynamic Warm Up
+ Running form & mechanics teach
+ Mobility movements
+ Change of Direction
+ Footwork, agility, speed ladder work
5min – Group Stretch

15min- Football Skills & Fundamentals Training
+ Throwing, catching, route running
+ Proper cutting, angles to the ball
+ Coverage fundamentals
30min AM – Flag football games
+ students separated by age & ability
+ students placed on teams
+ playbooks & play diagrams will be used so players run high school / college level plays and learn proper route concepts and coverages
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students through a curriculum that builds basic athletic movements, introduces sound technical football skill development, in a fun environment that also adds flag football gameplay
Students will feel confident after this program they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, football 101 knowledge & overall football skill set
