HOW DO OUR PARTIES WORK? (SUPER, SUPER, SIMPLE)
1.) Check our calendar (click here) to make sure the facility is OPEN to book
* simple, simple, simple: if the calendar is OPEN, it is OPEN or AVAILABLE to book! 🙂 – all of our parties require a 2 hour minimum
2.) Click Here – to select your desired DATE & TIME (2 hour minimum)
* that you have confirmed is available on our calendar
3.) At checkout, select ALL activities you want us to provide at your party
* there is ZERO additional cost to add Nerf or Sport activities
4.) Upon payment, YOUR PARTY will appear on our facility calendar, and you will receive personalized party confirmation!
That simple! We have a ton of additional information below on our parties, our space, and all we provide below. The ONLY mistake our customers make is they DO NOT CHECK our facility calendar. Please check our calendar before you book 🙂

NORFOLK INDOOR PARTY INFORMATION
Below are all the details on our facility, our parties, our process, what we provide, a couple of guidelines we have – so there is clarity for our customers!
1.) All parties are $100 per hour, with ZERO additional fees of ANY kind
2.) Each party includes a dedicated party host, who helps with set up, break down, and runs / guides all of the games & activities
3.) Each party includes 5 tables and 25 chairs
4.) Parties must be a 2 hour minimum (unless approved by us).
5.) Parties CAN bring food, drink & decorations. YOU are responsible for ALL / ANY food, drink & decorations for your party – we provide no food, drinks, or decorations
6.) Parties can have unlimited guests (adults & kids). There is no “limit” or charge on additional guests
PLEASE READ (there are ONLY two things that confuse our customers, that we love to OVER-COMMUNICATE, so there are clear expectations for you as a customer)
6.) All parties must ASSUME / USE the first 15 minutes for SET UP and last 15 minutes for BREAK DOWN. This helps our company make party transitions seamless, ON TIME, and creates CLEAR expectations for you.
Example: You pay for a party 1pm – 3:30pm. You are allowed to enter our facility right at 1:00pm. From 1pm – 1:15pm, your dedicated party host will help set up your first games, the tables, chairs, and assist you with any food & decorations you bring in.
Our party host will END all games, and start cleaning up / breaking down the party at 3:15pm.
Suggestion: If you have a 2pm party, tell your guests to arrive at 2:15/2:30pm.
If you have a 6:30pm party, tell your guests to arrive at 6:45/6:50pm
We will personally e-mail you, AND text you – to remind you of our 15 minute set up / break down instructions (again – we OVER COMMUNICATE THIS) to be the most professional company in the 757
Note: 90% of our parties book 2.5 total hours ($250), having 2 hours to play, with 30 minutes of set up / break down. Many of our larger parties select 3 – 4 hours.
7.) We have two bathrooms, two water fountains, and “tubs” with water
8.) We DO NOT have a refrigerator or ice machine
9.) We have dedicated space for the tables, chairs & food (protected by nets)
10.) We have a Sony Bluetooth Speaker you are FREE to use for your party
11.) When you rent a party, you have our ENTIRE facility to yourself, there will be no other individuals in the facility other than your party
12.) We provide ALL equipment for games that we provide
13.) If you WANT or SELECT our NERF WAR PARTY
+ we provide 25 Nerf Guns
+ we provide youth eye wear
+ we DO PROVIDE official Nerf War obstacles for players to hide behind
+ we run the games, set up the field, divide the students – it’s SUPER FUN
+ YOU CAN bring your own NERF GUNS (no other type of gun is allowed)
Please: Our ONLY request / ask / rule regarding our NERF WARS is that the students do not punch, jump on, throw, or move our Nerf War Pop Ups.
The students can DAMAGE & POP our Nerf War barriers by jumping on / throwing, hitting – which can be dangerous to the student.
OVER COMMUNICATION: Our party host will (very nicely) ask 3 times to stay OFF of our Nerf War barriers. After our 3rd request, we will remove all barriers to protect our company, our equipment and your guests.
We like to think that we can work TOGETHER 🙂 (party host + parents) to keep the kids off the barriers – its really our ONLY request 🙂

Space Available: 8,000 sq. feet. (40 yards long x 30 yards wide)
– Space can be divided into 2, or 3 separate spaces

5 – 10 foot tables with 25 chairs
4 – available batting cages (available for baseball or softball parties)

NERF WAR PARTY
Our most popular birthday party theme is our Nerf War Battle Party. We provide the guns, bullets, eyewear, set the game field and run all the games. We set up and run the games at no additional charge, simply $100 / hour.
There is no limit on the amount of students who can play.
Yes, you can do a Nerf War party – combined with other sports, activities, and / or a bounce house! Just click all the items you want at check out.

ADD A BOUNCE HOUSE TO YOUR PARTY
Our company opened March 1, 2020 and as our parties have grown in number & popularity – so have the options that we provide!
We now work with a local professional bounce house company to provide a variety of bounce houses for your party. Click Here – for all bounce house party info & options
We have over 10 different types of bounce houses for you to select that vary from $150 – $250. You can select your bounce house type at check out and you are all set! View all bounce house options (click here)
Yes – all of the other party options are STILL included. Nerf War, sports options, any party type you want can occur WITH the bounce house if you want.
Example: Your party is 12pm – 3pm. You add an $150 bounce house
The total cost would be $450
3 hour party ($300) + $150 for the bounce house

PARTY & PLAY
Our facility allows you to set up tables, chairs, food & drinks on ONE half of the facility while having a “PLAY SIDE” for your sport or fun. Custom netting separates and keeps the “party side” safe.
Norfolk Indoor is located in Ghent (Norfolk) which has over 100 restaurants within a 5 mile radius of the facility for easy catering options.
Our facility does NOT cater or provide food.
Very easy. $100 per hour for the facility rental.
That includes EVERYTHING, zero additional costs.
Soccer, whiffle ball, football, dodgeball games are at NO additional cost – pick as many as you want 🙂
There are zero additional fees for tables, chairs.

Q: Can I bring in my own food & drink?
A: Yes – absolutely. You can bring in anything you want
Q: Does Norfolk Indoor provide any food or drink?
A: No, we do not have a kitchen – all food & drink must be brought in or catered
Q: Can my party bring in props & decorations?
A: Yes absolutely. Feel free to decorate & make your party special!
Q: What about parking?
A: We have our own parking lot for you & your guests, along with over 70 parking spots (street parking) within 100 yards of our facility
Q: Is there a party time maximum or minimum?
A: The Nerf War Parties have a 2 hour minimum, and the bounce house parties have a 2.5 hour minimum. There is no maximum on your party time
