Speed development training that both teaches & trains! Running form, mechanic work, change of direction agility drills, plyometric explosive movements plus conditioning!
Our training is designed for athletes looking to get faster, improve footwork & increase explosiveness with drills that crossover to ALL SPORTS.
Classes are run by our expert trainers who have Division 1 credentials and experience working with students of all ages and experience levels.
Our class is co-ed, and designed for students to compete vs. themselves!

+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, cleats (any kind), water bottle

Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced athletes. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
Speed, Agility & Conditioning Items Covered:
+ proper arm movements
+ form running mechanics
+ foot / ground striking science
+ foot sequencing (speed ladder)
+ hip mobility
+ foot & knee angles
+ agility training drills
+ plyometric drills
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students ages: 7 – 15 through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements and teaches the science of HOW to run faster
Students will feel confident after this program that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & truly have worked through movements to increase speed & agility
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment
