FOOTBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Football skill development for players looking to learn the game correctly, improve skills and gain confidence. This class is taught by current & former D1 players who know the game, have excelled at the highest level, and know how to properly teach skills & drills to young people.
This is one of our most popular classes that follows a D1 college workout. Great athletic warm up, footwork focus, then transition to position specific football training concluding with group drills.
If your student is looking to make a jump with his movements, knowledge of the game, skill set and understanding WHY regarding skills & drills – this is a GREAT class. Great coaches, great content, great class!

CLASS COST PACKAGES
Single Class = $20 per single class – walk up / drop in on ANY class date 🙂
Full Summer Session = $100 per single student, ALL classes
“Summer FAMILY Special” = $250, up to 4 students, ALL classes
10 class Punch Card = $150. Can be used on any class, any sport, at any location, on any child in your household. Good until August 16, 2025
“Family / Unlimited Pass” = Monthly Pass = student(s) can attend ANY class, at ANY location, ANY sport for 31 days. No re-occurring charge.
Applies to all kids in the household (up to 4), all for $100 per month (31 days)

CLASS OVERVIEW & ITINERARY
“D1” – Athletic Warm Up
College style group warm up that properly warms the athlete while simultaneously teaches speed and track form running mechanics
“Skill” Footwork, Agility, Change of Direction
Speed ladder, cone drills, reaction work – high intensity footwork sequencing that “connects” the athlete – applies to all sports
Football Skill Development
Skill development drills specific to your sons position. Our coaches will focus on teaching sound fundamentals that translate to high school / college football. Life long football skills needed regardless of the scheme their team uses!
Routes on Air / Coverage on Air
This is where we will work, review, and teach the pass game. We will throw routes on air with the QB, WR, RB, TE’s. At the same time we will teach & review different coverage techniques for the LB / DB’s
On Thursday night class – as we have the three years, we will end class with fun 5 v 5 gameplay. Students will complete by age / ability. The gameplay introduces full concepts, routes, reads, coverages & more!

Weather: Class will NEVER be cancelled due to weather, we have our indoor facility available in the event of rain / thunder / lightning
