SPRING 7 v 7 FOOTBALL LEAGUE AT THE PLEX!
This Spring 2022 our company will again be hosting the largest 7 v 7 Football League in the State! February 26 – April 9. 5 age divisions, VHSL refs, great competition and sportsmanship at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex

D1 – TEAM INSTRUCTION PROVIDED BY NIST
Our hottest new item we are providing our client community is our D1 Team Instruction option. What is it? One (or more) of our awesome Division 1 coaches / players trains your entire team or group. We can do Speed, Agility & Conditioning training “Speed School” OR a Sport Specific workout OR a combination of both. The best part is it is one low price, INCLUDES the facility fee, and can occur at our facility or in other areas of the 757!

PRIVATE 1 v 1 INSTRUCTION
Norfolk Indoor Sports has relationships and partnerships with some of the best trainers in the 757. Football, baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse – we have trainers ready to work with your child in ANY sport.
The benefits of 1 v 1 training are tremendous. Understanding and building of sound fundamentals, learning the game, building confidence – these are just a few of the benefits of 1 v 1 training. Many of our families use 1 v 1 training as a supplement to their team practices and training. The 1 v 1 training sessions allow the student to slow things down and build fundamentals towards future success.
