Our sports camps are SUPER popular because of our outstanding coaches, great camp itineraries and family friendly pricing! Not mention we have our own awesome indoor sports facility with field turf, basketball court & more!
All of our coaches are current & former Division 1 athletes who are not only sport experts, but they are GREAT teachers who love working with young people!
We take tremendous pride in running camps that are well organized, keep the students engaged, provide great instruction combined with sport gameplay and other fun activities! Our coaches are super friendly, keep everything positive and create a warm, welcoming environment each day!

We do over 300 parties per year – and we sell out 2 months in advance!
Tons of space, lots of customizable options, at a SUPER affordable & family friendly price!
We do sports parties, nerf parties, water war parties, bounce houses & more!
Sports options include: flag football, soccer, volleyball, whiffle ball, dodgeball, kickball, corn hole PLUS we have 4 batting cages for baseball / softball fun!

Our rental price is $100 per hour which includes everything!
Includes tables, chairs, ALL games, ALL equipment PLUS a party host!

PRIVATE 1 v 1 INSTRUCTION
Norfolk Indoor Sports has relationships and partnerships with some of the best trainers in the 757. Football, baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse – we have trainers ready to work with your child in ANY sport.
The benefits of 1 v 1 training are tremendous. Understanding and building of sound fundamentals, learning the game, building confidence – these are just a few of the benefits of 1 v 1 training. Many of our families use 1 v 1 training as a supplement to their team practices and training. The 1 v 1 training sessions allow the student to slow things down and build fundamentals towards future success.
