The 10th Annual Taylor Heinicke Football Camp in Hampton Roads Virginia!
Saturday May 25 at Norfolk Christian School (Norfolk, Virginia)
Taylor Heinicke is an NFL Quarterback with the Atlanta Falcons. He was one of the most prolific passers in the history of college football at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Taylor still considers Norfolk his “second home”
He has previously played in the NFL for the Vikings, Panthers, Patriots, Texans & Washington Commanders.
This awesome football camp goes above and beyond to teach football fundamentals, with awesome drills & competitions, with super fun flag football 7 v 7 at the end!
This is NOT your typical “celebrity” football camp. Taylor Heinicke provides instruction and meets with every student at camp! The camp is run by Division 1 football coaches and players – providing awesome instruction, insight into the game and motivation for the future!
This camp is for boys and girls entering grades: 2 – 8

HEINICKE CAMP ITINERARY
10:15am – 10:30am – Check In / Registration
10:30am: Start of Camp / Coaches Intro
10:35am: Camp Warm Up
+ a D1 college style warm up to use the rest of the summer!
+ teaching proper running form, movements & mobility!
10:45am: Agility & Change of Direction Work
+ foot sequencing movements
+ reaction drills
+ change of direction / body control drills
11:00am: Football Skill Development (by position)
+ QB Throwing & Footwork Fundamentals
+ WR / TE – Route Tree, Routes, Stance & Start
+ RB / LB Drills
+ Defensive Back Skill Development
11:30am: 1 v 1 ‘s
WR vs. DB & RB vs. LB – 1 v 1’s
11:50am: 7 v 7 Flag Football Organization
12:00pm: 7 v 7 Flag Football Games (by age)
12:30pm: End of Camp
All camp drills, skills, competitions and 7 v 7 is separated by age
All students will get individual photo with Taylor Heinicke
PARENT & CAMP INFORMATION
What to wear / bring? Students need to wear athletic attire, football cleats (if they have them), and water bottle
Weather: Camps is rain or shine. We will “delay” due to lightning, we will NOT cancel
Can parents watch / attend: Yes, there will be seating areas for parents / guardians to attend. There will be a $5 entry fee for all non participants to pay for camp security to keep coaches / campers / playing field secure (NPD)
Does my child need to bring football equipment? No helmets or pads at this camp. This is a “non contact” – “flag” football camp
Football: If your son has a football – please bring it. We will label it – use it in camp ect.
