WORKOUT DATES & INFO
Dates: December 11, 2023 – January 19, 2024 – join program anytime!
Days: Monday – Friday (except Christmas Day)
Time: 10:00am – 11:30am
Ages: Anyone that is in college or older
+ High School seniors CAN attend, if they reach out to us first

WORKOUT INFO & CONCEPT
The concept of this package is providing a CHEAP, flexible and provides indoor training space for college athletes over the winter break
Each day, our trainers will provide an AWESOME 30 minute, uptempo workout for ANY college student (especially athletes) looking to stay active / in shape over the break. It will be a fun, social setting, that provides an awesome workout that you can show up and “cross of the list”
If you want your OWN space, to do your own workout, you can do that too!
Finally – each day, we will set up / open up space for people to play pick up soccer. Get a great sweat in, move around, play good music!
We will provide the TYPE of workout every night the day before, so students can prep / know what is going on at 10:15am each day!

Group classes to private 1 v 1 lessons, we have training options for players of all skill levels!
