TRAINING OVERVIEW & ITINERARY
+ Athletic Warm Up
College style warm up that properly warms the athlete while simultaneously teaches new movements
+ “Skill” Footwork, Agility, Change of Direction
Speed ladder, cone drills, reaction work – high intensity footwork sequencing that “connects” the athlete. We feel this is beneficial for ALL kicking & punting athletes
+ Kicking & Punting Technique
+ Live Kicking & Punting drills
+ Coach Alex takes video for analysis of the students, form, examples & more!
CLASS DETAILS & INFO
What to wear: Please wear athletic attire & football cleats
What to bring: Students – please bring water bottle, football (if you have one)
If you don’t, no worries, we will provide footballs as well
