SUMMER 2023 TRAINING INFO
Dates: June 18 – July 30, 2023 (6 week program)
* no class Sunday July 2 *
Every Sunday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Grades: 5 – 12 (players separated by age & ability)
Positions: Quarterback, Wide Receiver, TE, RB, LB & Defensive Back
Location: Ghent Elementary School (outside)

Weather: in the event of weather, we will do class at Norfolk Indoor Sports
Cost: $120 full package or $25 per class

What to wear: Please wear athletic attire & football cleats
What to bring: Students – please bring your own football & water bottle
Weather: Class will NEVER be cancelled due to weather, we have our indoor facility available
Parents: Parents are welcome to sit & stay, OR drop off / pick up
