SPRING BREAK CAMP GENERAL INFORMATION
Dates: April 10 – April 13
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
at Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf

Ages: 6 – 12 (co-ed)
Cost Options:
$100 for the entire week!
or $30 per day ($35 on Thursday)

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, soccer cleats (any kind), water bottle, soccer ball (if you have one)
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
5:30 PM – Group Dynamic Warm Up
+ Running form & mechanics teach
+ Mobility movements
+ Change of Direction / Agility Work
5:37 PM – Group Stretch
5:42 PM – Water / Hydrate
5:45 PM – Soccer Skills & Fundamental Training
+ Footwork, dribbling, ball control work
+ Passing, moving without the ball
+ Passing, shooting,
6:00 PM – Small Group Drill Work (changes each class)
6:10 PM – Soccer Gameplay (20 minute Game)
6:30 PM – End of Class
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students ages: 6 – 12 through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical soccer skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay.
Students will feel confident after 6 weeks that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall soccer skill set.
