We have a GREAT sports camp planned for Summer 2024 at Norfolk Indoor Sports
Our company trains over 500 students EACH week in soccer, volleyball, flag football, basketball, running & more! We scheduled an awesome “all” sports camp during the summer for students to learn, play & have fun!
We took our company’s best asset (our GREAT coaches & super fun sports facility) and created a week long camp emphasizing our four most popular sports! Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball & Flag Football 🙂
Check out the camp itinerary below – this camp will blend great teaching and game play, in a fun – welcoming environment. Camp will be taught by our AWESOME expert coaches who are not only super knowledgeable, but are great teachers who love working with young people!

FOUR (4) SPORT SUMMER CAMP INFO
Dates: Monday August 5 – Thursday August 8, 2024
+ attend 1, 2, 3 or all 4 days!
Time: 8:00am – 12:00pm (each day)
at Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf

Cost: $120 per week (Monday – Thursday)
or $40 per day

4 SPORT CAMP OVERVIEW
Each day of camp will have a similar “structured itinerary” with different skill development, drills, techniques, group drills and games each day!
Our daily itinerary is awesome because it bounces back and forth between great skill instruction, group teach activities, game play + fun “camp games”
This camp is GREAT for young students who like to try ALL types of sports, and will enjoy a camp that moves fast, keeps them engaged, allows them to try and have fun with multiple sports!
The camp DOES have great instruction, and yes, the females (girls), LOVE & compete in the flag football (female flag football is one of the hottest sports in the US). All of the sports & gameplay are 100% non-contact!

+ teaching running fundamentals
+ speed work movements to work on throughout the summer
+ mobility movements / active stretch
8:45am – Water / break
8:50am – Sport 1: Soccer Skills & Drills
9:05am – Water & Break
9:10am – Soccer Gameplay
9:30am – Water Break / Rest
9:35am – Basketball Skills & Drills
9:50am – Water Break / Rest
9:55am – Basketball Gameplay
10:15am – Camp Break / Camp Snack
10:30am – Volleyball Skills & Drills
10:45am – Water Break / Rest
10:50am – Volleyball Gameplay
11:10am – Water Break / Rest

PARENT INFO / CAMP REMINDERS
What do students need to bring?
Students need to bring athletic attire, water bottle.
For soccer & football camp, students CAN bring / wear cleats, but its NOT necessary!
Weather – camp will NOT cancel due to weather, all camp activities will be INDOORS
