We have a great summer 2022 youth basketball camp opportunity for students ages 6 – 13. Run by current D1 basketball coaches & players from ODU, NSU & Hampton – along with Norfolk Indoor staffing, our camp offers great skill development & fun game play at an affordable price!

CAMP INFORMATION
Dates / Sessions:
Monday August 15 – Thursday August 18
Time: 9am – 12pm (daily)
9am = drop off, 12pm = pickup
Location:
Virginia Beach Field House (indoors)

Costs: $140 total or $40 per day

CAMP OVERVIEW & ITINERARY
An awesome camp itinerary that blends skill instruction, group drills and games along with other fun activities – all run by current D1 college coaches & players from ODU, NSU & Hampton along with our awesome staff!
Campers will be separated in drills & games by age & ability – camp & instruction is appropriate for beginners interested in the game through experienced players seeking to improve on skills / fundamentals.
Campers will be separated into four groups: 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13
We took our best asset (our awesome college trainers) and added a great camp itinerary at an even better price!
Daily Camp Itinerary
9:00 am: Parent Drop off
9:15 am: Dynamic Warm Up
teaching speed & form running mechanics
9:30 am: Basketball Skill Development 1
9:45 am: Break & Basketball 101 Overview
10:00 am: Basketball Skill Development 2
10:30 am: Break (Snack) & Nutrition Education
10:45 am: Drill of the Day Overview & Teach
11:15 am: Basketball Games (separated by age & ability)
12:00 pm: Parent Pick Up

CAMP QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: Can my student attend just one day?
A: Yes, single day registration is available ($40 / day)
Q: Does camp provide snack?
A: Yes we provide a daily snack, but students ARE able to bring their own snack
Q: What about weather?
A: We are an INDOOR facility, weather is NEVER an issue
Q: What should campers bring & wear?
A: Campers should wear: athletic attire, sneakers
They should bring water bottle, and any camper specific items they need
