We combine our AWESOME Youth Soccer Camp which includes skill development and games WITH fun Nerf War Battles & dodgeball games!

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, soccer cleats (any kind), water bottle, soccer ball (if you have one). Equipment is NOT necessary
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated, train, and play games by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports will provide the PIZZA snack with water, pretzels ect.
+ Students CAN bring their own snack / drink for snack time
+ WE provide all the Nerf (guns, darts, goggles) & dodgeball equipment

9:00am – Camp Warm Up
+ teaching running fundamentals
+ speed work movements to work on throughout the summer
+ mobility movements / active stretch
9:15am – Agility & Footwork Focus
+ speed ladder, agilities, change of direction movements
9:25am – Water & Break
9:30am – Soccer Skill Development
9:55 – Water & Break
10:00am – Soccer Games (separated by age, ability)
10:45am – Pizza & snacks
11:15am – NERF WAR Challenge
11:30am – Dodgeball Challenge
11:45am – NERF WAR Challenge
12:00pm – End of Camp Day

The purpose of this camp is to take students through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical soccer skill development, in a fun environment that also adds super fun soccer games
The purpose of our summer sports camps is to create an experience where our students learn new drills and skills to practice throughout the summer, are inspired by our D1 coaches and trainers, and have FUN – meeting new friends and colleagues!
