BASEBALL SKILLS TRAINING
We have a really exciting baseball skills class for students ages: 6 – 9 this fall!
We have an awesome facility (Norfolk Indoor) that is equipped with 4 batting cages, full infield (field turf), and all the baseball equipment to have an awesome training session
We have employed current & former college baseball coaches who are experienced and love working with young baseball players of all skill levels
This class will cover hitting, fielding, throwing, with pitching and catching segments for students who have an interest. Students will be separated by age and ability – a great class indoors during the fall to focus on early skill development needed at all age levels!

CLASS DETAILS & PARENT INFORMATION
+ Students please bring / wear: athletic attire, sneakers or baseball cleats, water bottle, baseball glove, baseball bat (if you have one)
+ Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf
Has water fountains, 2 bathrooms, is indoors on field turf
+ Student Ages & Experience Level
Each class, students are separated by age & ability. Class is beneficial for beginners to advanced players. Class is CO-ED
+ Parents are welcome to sit, stay & watch at our facility. You do not have to 🙂
+ Weather is never an issue, all training is indoors on field turf
CLASS GENERAL ITINERARY
5:30 PM – Group Dynamic Warm Up
+ Running form & mechanics teach
+ Mobility movements
+ Change of Direction / Agility Work
5:37 PM – Group Stretch
5:42 PM – Water / Hydrate
5:45 PM – Baseball Skill Development
+ Fielding (12 minutes)
+ Hitting (batting cages) – 12 minutes
6:10 PM – Pitching, Catching + Group Baseball
+ Overview of Pitching
+ Catching Fundamentals
+ Group Fielding Drills
6:30 PM – End of Class
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this class is to take students ages: 6 – 12 through a curriculum that builds base athletic movements, introduces sound technical baseball skill development, in a fun environment that also adds guided gameplay
Students will feel confident after 6 weeks that they will have improved their footwork, explosive movements, & overall baseball skill set
Our company mission is to create confidence in ALL of our students through the teaching and ownership of fundamentals in a fun positive environment
