Trainer: Alec Solano
Alec is from Ashburn, VA and has a passion for training! An All-Region Linebacker in high school, Alec went on to be 3rd in tackles in college at Fairmont State (2019). He transferred to Old Dominion, playing in all 12 games in 2022. He loves training speed, agility along with RB, LB and football skill players.

Quarterback Training – Tony Freeman “Coach Free” | QB Architects
A longtime 757 high school and private QB coach, Coach Free is experienced working with players of all experience levels. From first time beginners needing fundamental mechanic work to division 1 / professional quarterbacks looking for specific footwork, mechanic, and drill training.
Offensive Line Football Training – Brandon Carr | “Own the Line”
A Chesapeake native, Brandon Carr is a former Conference Champion offensive lineman at Old Dominion University. With 9 years of high school coaching experience, Brandon has started working privately with many of the top offensive line high school players in the 757.
Field Hockey Training – Julia Demeester
Julia is a former Old Dominion Field Hockey player with extensive knowledge training both youth and experienced field hockey players. Playing on several club and national teams, she has gained tremendous experience in the sport.
Baseball Pitching & Hitting Training – Dexter Carter
Former Old Dominion standout pitcher Dexter Carter takes players through pitching mechanics, form, technique, pitch types & more. Hitting instruction includes stance, swing, hip rotation, and hand work.
“Grit Camp” Body Weight Training
Kerri Phillips is a veteran group fitness instructor & personal trainer who loves to inspire & bring people together for great workouts. Workouts are uptempo, covering multiple muscle groups that hit target heart rates during the workout & continue throughout the day with the “afterburn effect.”
